What is/are: New in NSS 9.61 SR5 (Release Notes)

Highlights

  • Stability, Scalability and Performance
Small incremental improvements have been made in specific areas of the quota management capabilities of NSS. Most notably, customers using NSS to manage data served from a NetApp Clustered Data ONTAP infrastructure can now manage larger environments from a single NSS instance.
  • Data Scan History View
Providing NSS operators and administrators with an overview of scanning activities; scan times, store times, scan rates and more, the Data Scan History view will prove an invaluable tool for monitoring configured data gathering jobs. This view will also enable Northern's Field Engineers to guide customers to the optimal scanning configuration for their needs. A powerful new capability for the administrators who work daily with NSS.
